Don't worry, there will be an online party. Admin gave me his operating hours, so we just have to clean up before he wakes up.

I know Bedlam and his wife, we met them couple of years ago at a truck rally in Colorado Springs and they are both nice people.

Best of luck.

Bedlam, thanks for volunteering to co-mod the truck camper forum. It can be a lot of work, but it is often fun and interesting too.

Usually it is not the posted rules that brings conflicts, but under-table agendas.
Would you like to be invited back to a home of someone's who was trying to cheat on you?
Anyway, the forum changed a lot in last years and only occasionally I see "invisible" replies on some subjects, so hopefully you can generate more changes. Good luck.

There is a business to preserve that funds this forum which is why some of the rules are in place and the forum content does reflect on the business which is why there are some other rules. I look at it like we have been invited to someone's home and need to respect their rules so we continue to be invited back. Besides, why would anyone visit somewhere that reflected poorly on them? I guess that's a little of my old world upbringing where reputation and family name still mean something.

On one hand I am glad that we have moderator with "hands-on-experience" on other I liked Bedlam's technical replies and I wonder how much his advise will change once he will get involved in forum politics.
In all those year in all those forums it happen only once that a member become moderator, only to resign few days later once he learned what forum politics are about. I know the guy personally 😉
Good luck Bedlam.

Wayne did not like my suggestion about adding lights and a floor to ceiling pole to our dance floor inside the camper. I don't remember anything else being deleted.
