I wish the RAM's were "Assembled" in USA instead of Mexico like my two 98's were in St Louis. But given a choice I prefer my Cummins engine that is Made/Assembled in Columbus, IN.
When researching the Nissan with 5L Cummins V8, I read that the 5L Cummins' CGI block came from Brazil, the Heads from Mexico and the Holset Turbo from England (owned by Cummins). Designed, engineered and assembled in Columbus IN.
Suspect any new model coming out of Columbus will have more international components as Cummins expands worldwide.

Dumping, moving, whatever you want to say the fact is soon the CMEP plant will only build for RAM.
Says volumes, yes it does. I would say they are planning on building more for RAM and need the production capacity. Or it's just more efficient to build for only one user at this plant.
I think it's huge news for Cummins fans they will still be partnered thru 2019.
