another vote for T6 and motorcraft filters, I also have used napa gold oil filters. Every 5k miles for oil and 10k for fuel filters.

I use rotella T6 synthetic and Motorcraft filters. When towing, which is most of the time, I change every 5000 miles. Be sure and change fuel filters at every oil change.

Changing the oil in the 2011-2016 (and more than likely on the 2017 as well) Powerstrokes is easier than dropping it off and picking it up from the dealership. I use Rotella t6 synthetic and change it every 15k miles.

I usually get the dealer to change oil for first couple of years then do my own. Congrats on the new truck! Post up some pics

I always go to a dealer for service on our truck...any problems, I do not want to have to argue that proper maintenance was done...too expensive to fix these newer trucks! Congratulations on your new truck...enjoy!

Me too. Motorcraft oil, PM-22, PM-23, DEF fluid, etc. My dealer price matches what I'd pay for the name brand stuff at AutoZone.

Congrats on the new truck. Use Rotella T-6 in mine. Don't forget to update your signature, and remember, post pics or it didn't happen.

My 2015 6.7 goes back to the dealer for oil changes. I use the synthetic Motorcraft oil. The price isn't too bad and its just easier to have them do it.

I would make sure the spec on the oil meets what is in the operator's manual.

As for me, i have my gasser changed at the stealer where I bought it. The oil comes out of a bulk tank and the truck runs fine.

Apples and oranges on the of motor and the cost of the change, but still relevant to the OP. Mine is $21.95 at Bob Ridings in Taylorville IL.

If the PSD is a '16 or older, use Rotella T6 5w-40 full synthetic. If it's a'17, the Rotella T5 Ultra.
