Norcold frig wire back panel

I went to turn on the refrigerator and it had the NO FLO error. I went to the back panel to see what the issue was and I saw this wire/fuse completely disconnected. Anyone know what this fuse is for and should I just connect these two wires? I got the refrigerator to work on propane now, I dont want to connect the two and damage something as I plan on using the refrigerator the next few days. I am not sure if this was intentionally disconnected from factory or service but this is a new camper.

Edit: I went to take a larger picture to see where the wires come from. The blue wire connected to the fuse comes from the top of the picture and the brown wire comes from the round part in the middle left of the picture.

Also, the wires are/were resting on the black pipe which lights the pilot. The refrigerator has barely been on for an hour and it is very hot to the touch. Something is telling me these electric wires shouldnt be sitting on it.

If someone has a picture of how these wires should sit I would appreciate it.

Sorry having issues uploading second pic, located at this link.

I took the camper in for service, technician cleaned up all the wiring and capped the exposed wires. I asked him if this could have been a fire hazard with the wires sitting on the pipe. He said the pipe doesn't get that hot, which I seriously doubt. Researching this topic, I have came across many RV fires starting at the refrigerator.

At anyrate, thanks everyone for the help!

That has to be the oddest picture hosting site...
On the previous second picture you can just see a tiny bit of the brown wire going to this button. Its, I'm sure, appreciated by someone when a installer decides what ever color wire they choose to use is ok differing from original items mfg. Just makes tracing wires so much more challenging....

Though both ends, pos/neg disconnected (that is in itself odd) Id tape or nut the wire ends-stuff out of harms way.
Having a hard time correlating the schematics with pictures-one shows shared wiring with fans?
Bottom line I don't see risk using fridge until serviced.

By Golly Mr. Biscuit, you are right on. Both wires terminate are attached ( and heat shrunk) to the blue ones...

I see there isn't any insulation to speak of between the fridge cabinet and the outer cabinet either. Another bang up job I'd say...

Which looking at the picture is the one under the control/power board?

IF you blow picture up you can see that Brown Wire is connected to the 'other blue wire' after making a couple of loops.

HEY OP......

How about a response......
Black wire with fuse holder AND Brown wire are connected to tjhe TWO Blue Wires.

And the Blue Wires go?????

One thing I was never impressed with on a Norcold that I like on a Dometic is the catch pan for water (on a Norcold). While I never removed it on the Lance, if I had another Norcold, I'd be removing it and running the condensation hose outside.

The fan circuit should have a 1amp fuse single fan and a 2 amp for twin fans.

IF you have verified that the BLUE wires are going to Thermostat on Condenser fin and then to fan as on pg 36

Then Black with in-line fuse is the 12V DC POS (spliced to Blue wire to thermostat) and the Brown wire is 12V DC NEG (Grd) (spliced to Blue wire FROM fan)

As per pg. 36 ....connected to +12VDC and GND1 on circuit board

(blue wire)edit looked at pdf? (p47-48 of doc- the foil? do you have ice maker?

Had similar issue, though Dometic, mysteriously a wire appeared, goes up to fan and had 'fallen' out of butt connector. Yours is different but noted where blue wires go up at the first yellow sticker, behind the white 'clip', looks like a terminal ?

Huge picture but details can be seen....

Odd that both brown and black wires come from blue-like a big loop. Wouldn't hook up anything until verified, some expensive equipment but agree should tidied up a bit until then..

Is there a huge safety risk to use it as is until I can get it to a repair facility in a week? Refrig seems to work fine now.

Edit: THe brown wire is coming from the thermostat. p36
