Overloaded SRW????

This 2012 RAM 3500 SRW LB CC showed up with a Lifestyles 5th wheel with a GVWR of 18770 pounds. Truck has 17" tires and wheels. Guy seem oblivious to the fact that he just might be a bit over weight.

Trailer did have 17.5 rims and tires, so he got part of the picture correct.

as somone who hauls 3x the rated weignt...3 X THE RATED WEIGHT..3X ! yes...i haul 3X what the door sticker says...im insured for it, i have the PDL rated for that weight ...i do it, yes 3X the rated weight..and often i am even higher...i have to say...get the hell off ypur ignorant tell on your neighbour rattle snake in the grass high horse and shove it....youve no idea what this persons situation is...your the problem with todays society..."the cities will be the new prisons and the citizens will gaurd themselves" your an idiot..a moron , an asswhole.

How about a section for all the retired or bored out of their mind full timers that have nothing better to do then complain on this forum about what other people are doing??? I think they really need it. Then I won't have to come into a thread that should actually be helpful about towing instead of someone whining about what others are doing.

The front of truck lifted. Risking loss of steering control on wet roads.

That's really odd that Ram would put those tires and wheels on a 3500, basically limiting it to a 2500-like RGAWR. Also odd that the 17" wheels are so limited, my dad's old F250 has 265/75R16E tires rated for over 3400 lbs. each. Same size tire with a 17" rim is rated for less. 😕
