Hey guys , well , a few of you may remember when i came here about 4 months back with an idea. Well, after months of planning, lots of stress, and lots of money, i present to you....

Early on, i posted that i was struggling to find a parking spot, i ended up with a driveway in Queens, i have an electric hookup and access to water. I work about 15 days per month in the city, i will live in the camper full time while in the city for work and use it to travel and explore on my time off. I am making the final transitions now. I have sold a lot of my stuff and plan to reduce and minimize even more over the next couple months as i figure out what i truly need to be happy in this world. Thanks for all the help so far in the forum

ofc RV.net site is not letting me embed the photos from imgur , so pls just click the hyperlink below or copy and paste the url to see the photos

Yea!...noted your pics on other thread. Just need to resize, they are huge 'width=640'. 640 is forum recommended standard, 800 is max size. Imgur doesn't have select able sizes to display so have to manually insert

Hmm- well different without account and not as simple but picture links can still be found.
Clicking your link to picture album if I right click on any photo-then click 'copy image location' will yield picture url which
can be pasted into RV net editor assistance image button window.

Alternate clicking the embed link on album (3dots), then right clicking ON picture same, 'copy image location'
(don't use the copy link button)

Free account makes it simpler because it adds the img tags so you can past links directly, bit of learning curve otherwise.

The 'RV net photo posting' link is great, utilizes IMGUR.com service. Its simple and easy for quick one offs but I don't know it
was intended for all photos (Not affiliated with Good Sam Enterprises) plus I like a bit more control/access to photos and storage.
Like any photo hosting service, especially free, they could go away at any time..

You’ll be happy to hear I got the photos working. I used the Imgur app and then just copied the links from there

no dont use the 'embed post'. If picture clicked on in an album-should show share links..
copy the BBCode
If the share links arent showing...
On the picture, hover over with mouse-there are 3 dots upper right, click on those. A drop down menu will appear, click on 'Get share links'

that will open another window. Select 'BBCode (Forums)' and copy link-paste that link into your RV.net post

If you pictures are large write in after **.jpg & before {/img} tag width=640 in the link

I tried but I am using the free version and didn’t sign up, I only have two options to share photos and they don’t look like yours do

Thanks guys, finally starting to get settled in at the parking spot. Too much passing traffic though, this is only temporary until I find something more quiet
