Rear bed slide sagging, wall failure

The rear bed slide appears to be sagging and I can see damage to the rear wall that supports it.
Has anyone with a rear bed slide experienced this?
Now that our trailer is 9 years old should I go back to the manufacturer to inquire about why it failed and how to fix?

Slideouts leak and you experience water intrusion that soaks the wood frame. Repairing might be expensive if you have a filon sided tt.
call mfg and ask,see what they say .

I'm going to surmise that the framing of the trailer is likely broken and needs to be fixed and reinforced...
