Rear jacks won't extend using remote, ideas???

I have a Lance truck camper and I am experiencing some issues with the remote and rear jacks.

Using the remote I can only retract the rear jacks, they will not extend. The front jacks will both extend and retract using the remote.

Has anyone had a similar issue? Any suggestions on repair procedures?

Please advise, thanks!

I had the same issue years ago. Ended up changing the batteries in the remote and shut all power off to the camper. Turned batteries back on and has been working fine ever since. I guess it reset itself.

May just need re-programming...
Check fuses also.
And house battery level...low power on your house batteries will do weird things to the jacks...

First, welcome to our forum.

Check your Flux Capacitor for proper flux levels. If that's not it, make sure your converter fluid is full. If that doesn't do it, inspect the seals on the black tank.

Or..

2008 Lance 825. We don't have a wired connection for the jacks. Ordered a replacement remote from ebay. Gama Electronics RFT-85422. Only 50.00. Fixed the problem of intermitent button function.

If wireless, try it with the wire connection to see if it is a radio issue. It it is the same on wired and wireless:

1. Bad button
2. Blown fuse
3. Bad relay

check the batteries in the remote first thing...

Your 12 VDC house batteries must be in place and fully charged for the jacks to work properly according to the Owners Manual that came with my camper

My reciever is under the step up into the dinette

What kyear and model of Lance TC do you have?
