You can use a old credit card and a hair dryer and it will work perfect. Goo gone works great for the sticky residue left over. If you don't have a old card, fishing line works great to just make sure you use gloves.

Or heat 'em up CAREFULLY with a heat gun or propane torch. Use a hair dryer if you're uncertain as it wont get hot enough to burn the paint like a heat gun or torch.
Then scrub the glue residue off with some lacquer thinner or acetone.

OR get a 3M eraser wheel and just erase them off the truck with your drill. WOrks pretty good, very little glue residue cleanup usually.

Torch?..No!..Scrubbing? No!!..Follow the above..heat gun or hair dryer to remove the decal (sometimes in pieces) Then use something like goof off and allow the adhesive to get gummy..gently rub with cloth or paper towel and changing out the towel or cloth as needed..let the petroleum do the work..wax after cleaning/rinsing..

I left mine out in the sun for a while to get it nice and warm and then picked/peeled them off. I used Goo-Gone to get off any sticky residue that remained.

I took mine off once with wife's hair dryer. It was only one year old so maybe they were still flexible. It was also a hot day which helped. Took about 5 minutes each.

Try a heat gun. Heat them lightly until they start to peel. It won't be fast but it does work.
