Starcraft Questions

Hey guys new here! Looking for a new trailer for our family of 5. I looked at a 2004 255RS Starcraft Homesteader Settler today. VERY clean. Has the rear slide out bed feature. Fiberglass sides. I am wondering if it is a aluminum structure. I cannot find any info on it any where.
Thanks

I got him down and he tossed in the peripherals. Hitch, cords, hoses. Super clean. Thanks again for the info folks!

Congrats on your StarCraft purchase .
We had a 2000 2406 pop up we camped in for 11 years until we finally traded up to a travel trailer .
Had 0 issues with our StarCraft & would not hesitate to purchase another.
All TT are built basically from the same materials /appliances .
Just find the floor plan you like that you can pull safely with TV you own & go for it ,,
Happy Camping

I own a 2001 Starcraft pop up. Have owned it 7 years. Love it as much today as when I bought it. Absolutely zero issues.

Growing up my folks had 2 Starcrafts. When shopping for a tt I was happy to find a Starcraft model we loved. They have been in business for over 50 years, must be doing something right.

I have owned 3 Starcraft, 2 PUP's, and an HTT. I currently own a Jayco TT. I would purchase a Starcraft or Jayco. Can't go into the reasons (too many to list), but just take my word for it.

Well, we were very satisfied with our '05 Starcraft hybrid TT.
Can't help you whether the 255RS is aluminum or not.

We like our Starcraft, as a contractor the TT seems very well made compared to some of the rolling POS's we have seen.

We had one and liked it, it was well made and we had no trouble with it. That was a pop-up and it was late 80s, I don't know if things have changed since then.

Here is the Starcraft sales brochure for their 2005 trailers...download and poke through it. Hopefully it will answer your questions.
