Stableloads or Hellwig sway bar?
Stableloads are for making your suspension carry its weight higher (less truck sag with weight on board).
sway bars are meant to stop the truck from swaying from one side to other.
a sway bar will not change your ride height, and will not add weight carrying capacity. it just is a spring that resists the truck from swaying from side to side.

Not Hellwig but RoadMaster. It was an amazing improvement on my 2004 F-350 dually.
