fishhunter, you've misunderstood the purpose of Stableloads. They will help a little for sway, but their main purpose is to engage overload springs sooner to level out your truck more with a heavy load. By engaging the overloads sooner, you're making the springs help with sway control, which isn't a spring's primary purpose.

Couldn't agree more... I have both, RoadMasters front and rear, + StableLoads. Huge difference as I added each one.

Not Hellwig but RoadMaster. It was an amazing improvement on my 2004 F-350 dually.
Ironically, it also fits my 2015.
Don"t have Stableloads..

I use both. Sometimes improvements work good in unison with each other
