I've been to that car show a number of years back. Thought it was good.

These rally's have always been fun. Good place to meet new friends and get good or share ideas for your TC. La Grande is an area we want to explore a bit so it works for us.

This thread only gets political if it's made political.

I often wonder how big that org could have been by now if they had been tolerant of opinions and wanted variation different than their BOD in the 2007-8 timeframe. Too bad, really.

At this point, I don't have time to give them another chance, but certainly they could have changed. The campground seems nice. I hope you all have fun.

We made our reservations just a couple days ago. I needs to be done by phone and reference the Truck Camper Rally. I think they are reserving about 20+? sites for this gathering. They are nice and casual, no deposit needed and an email conformation was sent and a courtesy note about giving them a heads-up if you can't make it. Kind of refreshing in lieu of all the on-line reservation systems now being used. See you guys there!

There are some hot springs in the area and camping will be close to them. I don't want to give out information that may be retracted later but I will have some more to share after the weekend.
