I have been there to see these very buses go through. There is some limited parking space on each end. It is fun to watch the big rigs go through, often times creeping along, using spotters. This is the needles hiway, very scenic drive.

This is a perfect example of how a picture can be decieving... Looking at the pic, it appears that there is no way the truck can fit... But it did.

WE were in the Black Hills about 2 months plus ago....was that the Needles Highway ?

I noticed some of the tour buses have ugly, long scars where they have (I'm assuming) scraped while going through these tight holes in the rock.
