You want a truck to ride softer, put some weight in it. In the meantime you might want to lower the tire PSI a tad.

I purchase a set of air lift air bags that you place inside your springs, then air them up to desired stiffness. I love mine stiffened up the rear end and leveled the truck and trailer out better.
