I purchased a new 2013 EC 950 in July....washing it this morning I noticed when I pushed up on the front fiberglass cap, under the bed (over the cab) there was about 1-1.5" of play. What I mean is the fiberglass is not attached to the bottom of the cab-over. This starts about 1 foot in from the front and sides.
Is this de-laminated or a flaw that I need to have corrected before the warranty runs out?

The folks at Eagle Cap have kept their standing of being excellent as I always though they would.

I drove to Yakima to meet Brad and the fine folks at Adventurer LP. They repaired the front fiberglass cap, everything looked great.
I had several items that I wanted them to address and they took care of them as well as doing some minor upgrades where they could.
It was a long road, I was without my camper for 4 months, but in the end it looks great and hopefully will be fine from this point forward.

UPDATE!!
The camper will be ready for pick up on May 1st. I will give it a good look over as well as getting and answer for how this happened in the first place.
I look forward to meeting the nice people I have been working with over the phone all this time.
I'll report after the inspection!
Good news!
Did you get the sealtech test?

Was the problem caused by not enough glue/adhesive applied to the framing under the cabover, thereby not allowing a good bond between the frame and the fiberglass cap?
Hi Jim,
I will ask, and hopefully will get an honest answer. Hard when your not there watching the process.

The AMLRV has done the demo on my truck camper and as you can see by the attached photos that front cap is GONE! The other photo's are of the new fiberglass cap as it just off loaded from the truck.
They are anticipating the truck being completed by the end of the week.
Let's hope.

That is awesome news about the camper - really glad to hear EC is taking care of things right. Always felt I'd be comfortable buying one if them.
