I have a 95 Lance Squire Lite 8'6'' that weighs @2K dry. It's done me right for 15+years and is basically all I need. I've upgraded with Solar and Power Center. Here is my question, I want shower that's big enough, not phone booth size. My truck is a DM 2500HD GMC CC SB. Is there a camper with a bigger shower and more water capacity. I boondock 90% of the time. Of Course weight is a main factor. I think I know the answer but let me know what you think would be the way to go. Model of camper suggestions, no slide and i'm now by myself.

There is no way you can take good picture of TC bathroom.
I have 2 TC who have basically the same floorplan for bathrooms.
But Fleetwood has bathroom about 1-2" wider than Lance and when in Fleetwood I am comfortable taking the shower, in Lance I constantly fight with curtain hanging on my shoulders. I even moved the curtain rail by 2" and having curtain with small suction cups, can shape it into balloon. That works fine till one of suction cups decide to let it go, or I make uncontrolled move.
Bottom line 1 or 2" bathroom size difference is not going to show on any picture, but makes day and night difference in usage.

For comparison,I had a Lance Squire 8.6 then I moved up to a Lance 9.6 but the use of that extra foot does not seem to be in the bathroom..I think you will just have to go look at some and see what size the bathrooms are..I thought the Adventurer 89RB bathroom was huge compared to my 9.6...

My 9.6 bathroom.

Pictures don't seem to do justice sometimes.I have a picture of the 89RB and it looks small compared to how it really is.

What year is your truck? Different vintage GM trucks have different GVWRs.

01-2010 2500HD are one set of GVWRs.
2011+ are higher.

I still think the shower in my 1191 is small even with it being a dry bath, but it was an upgrade compared to my old wet bath in the m11 shadow cruiser.

SHOP AROUND.
Since you will upgrade the truck, see TC on the market.
For me -I use TC for comfort >> dry bath and slide is a must.
Occasionally I am using my TC for staying on my rental property, where in carport I can't open the slide. Being alone Lance is fully usable with slide in, but sure feels claustrophobic when you get used to slide.
Can't imagine wife and dogs without slide open in it.

Short bed or long bed?
Most short bed capable length campers have wet baths aka phone booth. But many have good water/tank capacities.
If you have a long box, you have more options for a dry bath.
If youโ€™re hung up on the weight then yeah youโ€™ll need a bigger truck. If youโ€™re not, and your truck is in good shape, it is effectively the same as a 3500 srw of the same year and many years newer.
Again, provided the truck is in good mechanical and structural condition, I wouldnโ€™t have issue going up to around 4klbs on that truck with the right mods.

I had a Lance Squire 8.6 before I got my currant 9.6..The bathroom is just a little bigger, not by much but alot more room and storage..We looked at a new Adventurer 89RB in Lewiston ID when we were there..The bathroom was huge compared to either of my two latest Lances...I was shocked and did not expect it to be as big as it was but then you jump up to about 2600# where most TC's start and water capacity is like 42 gallons or so.

Adventurer TC's has three models at 2K or less but they have less water capacity...

The Adventurer 86FB an 89RB both would fill your needs but a little heavier..I would have put either on my F-250 and called it Max.
