I stayed close to home, but still got to stay at one of my favorite places and did not have to fight traffic to get there!

We were in Zion for the beginning of the weekend, left after the weekend warriors showed up and camped in the National forrest outside Grand Canyon for a night. Last night, tonight and tomorrow we are in the North Rim campground which has been amazingly quiet. The North rim of the Grand Canyon is a treat. Not open all year but far less tourists and noise.
