Major Crash on US 99/Auroura Bridge Seattle.

Tour bus and amphibious Duck type vehicle.

Seattle mayor says bridge will be closed all day today, tonight and probably into tomorrow.

Other bridges will stay closed to boats to help traffic but it is still going to be a major mess.

Yipes, all those poor people affected.
3/4 timing in a DIY van conversion. Backroads, mountains, boondocking, sometimes big cities for a change of pace.

I lived in Seattle for 33 years and I may have driven to work 1 or 2 days. The bus service is so good I wouldn't even think of driving.

That's for sure. Sounds like duck lost front left wheel going N.B. when it tried to change lanes. Hit car and pick up and the spun 90* tee boning the bus going S.B.

Initial, this is initial response was 90 firefighters, 7 ladder trucks, 8 paramedics including some from Shoreline and 24 A.M.R, ambulances.

Every Seattle hospital took patients.

A few years ago they had a transit bus fly off the bridge and hit the land below so S.F.D. is well practiced here.

Canliss (a fancy restaurant) at the south approach to the bridge is closing for the first time in sixty-five years to feed responders.

It's a mess and very tragic. 4 dead, 50 hurt, 12 critically.
