Traveling to / from Vancouver, BC with a 45 foot MH w/ toad

I'll be visiting Vancouver, BC next week and wanted to know if you have any travel tips for entering and leaving the city / country? I'll be staying at Capilano River RV park for 6 days.

I'm most concerned about narrow customs lanes. I'm 45 feet long, as wide as legally possible and as long as legally possible towing a Ford F-150. If they have those winding security lanes, I'm in big trouble.

Big trucks do not use the I-5 corridor they use the Lynden crossing. that's 543 off I-5.

Sumas has a truck lane that you can use pretty easy. it's a bit out of the way, but much less wait times.
Or
The easiest way. off I-5 at the Guide Meridian Way and north to the border on 539.
all are easy access to the Canadian #1
Would that be the Aldergrove crossing?

Yes.
OBTW all the crossings are RV friendly. the peace arch (I-5) crossing is a heavy traffic crossing and the wait times are pretty long specially coming back south.

Have your paper work in order and be ready to hand it to the attendant in the booth. That's passports for all aboard, Dogs Rabies certificate, any gun import paper work from Canadian Fire Arms centre. look professional, and you'll be treated that way.
The Canadians don't like home grown potatoes, meat products, and some other stuff, and there is a limit on how much whiskey you can bring north.

X2. Bring your passport.
Thanks, Abbotsford sounds like the ticket. Do I use it in both directions?

You should be fine. They have truck lanes that accommodate 44fters rather easily. That's if you inter at highway 5 or Abbotsford, not sure about Aldergrove?
