It is January. For most of us there will be near on 100 days before we have wheels spinning again.

Here is a game that Bermuda visitors would play with their pics of trips to Bermuda.

Post a pic. One at a time to avoid confusion.

Whoever identifies posts the next or defers to somebody else.

If it is not identified in a 24hr (soak), either the poster identifies or somebody posts another.

Try to make subjects fairly well known places.

My idea, so I get to start.

The first one is real easy.

MPond - where do you stay around Shasta? We'll be in the area in May.

We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Gate - mt-gatervpark.com between Redding and the lake.

Of course, the best place to stay is on a houseboat - http://jonesvalley.com/.

That photo reminded me of this place.

Here is another angle. I usually visit this area once a year. Always take the kayak and paddle out to the island.

Crater Lake. Hope to see it ice free & drive around in a few months time this time.

I've seen it both ways. It is nicer with most of the snow gone and the rim road open.
