A level site...

According to the State of Michigan, this is a level camp site:

I ran out of blocks and various other leveling aids. Got it close enough for the weekend. Will need to cut down another 2x10 into more planks I guess.

Anyone want to guess where this is...? it's a Michigan State Park

It does look like you parked way back beyond where the site is meant to be...don't know if it would make a difference. With such a long parking space we'd just move it around a little to find a level spot. We've been on worse. Nice spot though.

I agree, the site is not level. Our state that has a gem called the Adirondack Park, 6 million acres, beautiful lakes, well marked and maintained hiking trails doesn't have great RV sites. If they invested in modernizing their existing campgrounds they could charge up to $35.00 to 50.00 for a nice site and fill them every week during the season.

Just get some more Lynx leveler blocks and put them to good use.

With a site like that, you can always take a small shovel and dig out some trenches for the uphill tires. A couple of inches is all it takes to help a lot.

Looks like a nice site.

Who says that someone who has never camped cant run a campground. Salespeople sell rv's with never having owned or towed one. Sure, your suv will pull 10,000

I don't think that's bad at all.
From what I see, the campsite looks rather nice too.
