Mather Campground Grand Cayon length limit

I have reservations at Mather for the week following 4th July and have a question regarding length limits.
I have heard that they have a combined (vehicle+trailer) length limit of 30ft but no where on the reservation system or nps website do they state this. I do see that they have a 30ft trailer or RV limit which is fine for me but am wondering if they will turn me away due to my combined length being 50+ ft.

Can't reach them by phone to ask, I'm hoping that you all can help.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

I am an Old "Folk" also to be sure; I was not aware there was a big difference in the price. We like FHU's so have always gone to Trailer Village. And too long for Mather. Have seen Mather and looks very nice.

BIG difference is price for us "old folks"
Please give me enough troubles, uncertainty, problems, obstacles and STRESS so that I do not become arrogant, proud, and smug in my own abilities, and enough blessings and good times that I realize that someone else is in charge of my life.

I am over 30' and have been denied reservations. 0n a visit to Mather one spring, I asked the check in person why so many big rigs were in the CG that were over 30'. His answer was. We don't measure your RV, but if you can't fit onto the site you reserve, TOUGH LUCK, you're out.

I've heard of the 30' limit at Mather being enforced sometimes, and not others. I guess it depends on who checks you in, and how far over the limit you are.

Just FYI - Trailer Village is next door to Mather and has a 50' RV limit (not including he tow vehicle / toad).

Trailer length is 30' I believe. I take my 30 footer there all the time. I talked to someone there that tried reserving for a 34 foot and couldn't. He then put in a shorter length and got a spot.

We camped at Mather with a 32 ft fifth wheel, long bed crew truck, over 50 ft. There were a few pull throughs, and we had one.
