At I10 exit 162 in AZ is a new Motorcoach Resort campground. Full hookups. The name says it all – Class A, B and C only, no trailers or 5ers. First time we’ve seen this restriction.

Snobbish? Not really. The name is of it is Motor Coach Resort. Last I knew TT and 5th wheels weren't classified as motor coaches. :@

I would like to see more exclusive campgrounds like that open up all across the country. Then perhaps more sites may be vacant in the state and federal campgrounds for us TT and 5er owners. 😉

While I have no crystal ball it might do better than you suggest. Some possible attractions:
Across I10 is the Wild Horse Casino which has dry camping only
Next to the Casino is the Wild Horse Motorspark complex for racing
And next to the Casino is a very large outlet complex
Loves at the exit might help
Freightliner with no hookups might attract a few
Nearby are other attractions

But perhaps most important is that it easy access from I10 and there is little else along I10 in the area. Full hookups in the very hot summer might draw some in - the location is just south of Phoenix.

I agree with others and it's not my kind of place. But there are many residences nearby with lots of snowbirds that might want family to stop for a few days.

I have good friends that are "trailer trash" and I don't know why they are excluded. But they are excluded by design as the sites are pullins and hence the hookups don't support trailers.

The repair facility mentioned was part of a failed Beaudry RV Sales years ago. Perhaps the land was cheap?

Actually, good for them. A CG for everybody and their tastes. I do like the Site Plan Layout. I would like to see this layout for Couples Only, peaceful environment, and a community area for people to gather perhaps with a covered pavilion, a fireplace and a chalk board for get together events.

Keep it simple, but not just for Class A,B,C. Plenty of family CG's for those who enjoy that. I would like to see more CG's for couple's who enjoy peace and quiet.

So close to the interstate and in such a crappy location. I'll make sure I blast my horn a few times going past there, you know, just to get their snooty-falooty attention. lol.
