At I10 exit 162 in AZ is a new Motorcoach Resort campground. Full hookups. The name says it all – Class A, B and C only, no trailers or 5ers. First time we’ve seen this restriction.

Snobbish? Not really. The name is of it is Motor Coach Resort. Last I knew TT and 5th wheels weren't classified as motor coaches. :@

I would like to see more exclusive campgrounds like that open up all across the country. Then perhaps more sites may be vacant in the state and federal campgrounds for us TT and 5er owners. 😉

This, the more people want convenience and have the bucks to pay they leave one more site open at a state or fed cg 🙂 I SO AGREE!

Not my cup of tea but:
Wild Horse Pass Casino 1.1 miles
Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park 1.7 miles
Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving 1.9 miles
Lone Butte Casino 1.9 miles
Whirlwind Golf Club 2.8 miles
Probably over 20 golf courses within a 20 miles radius
Chandler Fashion Center 6.0 miles
Location Location Location
Again not my cup of tea and it might not be yours but I bet dollars to donuts during winter months they will be full.

There's a ton of resturants around there. But none (cept Mebbe Rudys ) is a reason to consider this place

Good thing it doesn't rain much there. All the folks with their noses in the air might drown.

Just sign me one of the "deplorables".
According to the picture the only drowning will be the owner

Like I have always said their campground their rules, my money my choice.

There have always been exclusive campgrounds. Some are for coaches only others for Airstreams only ect.

I even know of campgrounds for tents only. There business model. Not my cup of tea others may be perfect for them.

And looking at the picture you can see all the amenities - pool, spa, tennis, pickleball - even a golf course. Geez, makes that 62 bucks sound cheap!

Look at the picture. This is essentially the parking lot for what appears to be an RV repair shop. It wont last long at those prices, especially with 24hr I-10 traffic.

I wonder if the Walmart truck in the lower left corner of the picture is an omen? :@

The CG does look like a parking lot.
