Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

We just had a wonderful week at Loon's Point Camp Ground outside Cedarville, MI in the U.P. The fishing was good as we brought home over 150 yummy yellow perch and a 32" & 31" Northern Pike! We were in slot #5 along the lake. The sites are cramped because this campground was built way back for PUPs and small TTs. Enjoy the pics

It was a little hard to back in to this site due to it being at the bottom of the loop. It made for a hard turn into the site. The parking area itself was on a knoll, but the rest of the site was wide open to the lake.

Northern Michigan dispersed camping.

The bugs were seriously bad but the trout fishing was good. Quiet, peaceful time with nature. Isn't that what camping
should be!!!!

Looks like a great spot. ITA...this kind of campsite is EXACTLY what camping is all about. Thanks for sharing your photos.
