Honeyman is right up against the Dunes, but if you are going during their peak season, basically May-Oct you can not ride out of the campground directly onto the dunes. If you can trailer your toys out it's a wonderful campground. Book early though. The H Loop sites tend to be a bit larger as they were expanded to handled ATVs during the Oct-April Off season when you cant right out of the campground on to the Dunes. Not all sites are full hook up.
Woahink Lake RV Resort is a nice campground and you can ride out of it with ATVs, they have a few ATV sites. But their rules are, "No 2 wheelers/dirt bikes" - you can contact them and check, they have strict rules to keep people in line but for those that are not a wild crowd they are pretty understanding.
Driftwood II also butts up to the Florence Dunes but there are no hook up's. It's more or less a parking lot.
Sand Dune Guide is a good resource to use as there are other campgrounds at other Dunes south of Florence if that is acceptable and if riding the dunes is important.
