Where (what campground) that offers fun New Years events?

We plan on heading on the road just out of shear boredom. Thought we would find a campground on the a East coast that offers fun on New Years or at least is located near New Years celebrations. Looking anywhere in PA, NY, DE, VA, NC, WV... Any and all ideas are welcome.

Avalon is an AANR clothing-optional resort near Paw Paw, WV, just south of Cumberland, MD. They are closed until Dec 31, but open between the 31st and Jan 4th. There is a big New Year's Eve Gala party scheduled.

Gatlinburg, Tn has a wonderful fireworks, entertainment, lights, and close proximity to the GSMNP. Most campgrounds are still open until after the New Years weekend and then several will close. The NP campgrounds are closed.

Williamsburg has a big new year's event. And all the christmas lights are still up.
