I found a proper sized Kenmore microwave/convection oven to replace my Apollo but that was about 6 years ago. I removed the exhaust fan system mounted on the rear of the Apollo and the duct mounted on top, which removes the heat from the enclosure and mounted it on the Kenmore. The biggest challenge was to find a 120v source within the Kenmore that I could steel power from to power the fan when the convection oven was on. It is still in service in my Montana.
You used to be able to find an Apollo Half Time Oven at Walmart online but I just checked and it was no longer there.

ebe85635 In December 2014 I also had to replace my Apollo microwave/oven. That's after searching 4 months and numerous calls. I ended up removing the front trim plate, as stated above I removed the microwave and plastic base, turned the base over and was able to find a microwave oven from Sears that is the exact fit for the trim opening. I may not have an oven now but I don't have issues with it now either. Microwave works great and with a turn table. It was really easy to do over. It was finding a microwave that fits. Since December we have traded our class C and bought a new Tiffin 32SA. hope this helps Pal. Good luck. Bruce
