Replacing the Dinette with Mounted Captain Chairs

Has anybody ever taken out the dinette and replaced it with some type of mounted chairs? I'm asking because I would like to take out the dinette completely and replace with two captain chairs facing each other. My main issue is safety for my passengers and comfort which is why I want to do this.

My only issue will be, where will the chairs mount? This is the reason for this question, has anybody ever done this and did you find a part of the frame to mount them to or did you have to take it in to a specialty shop? I'm asking this question before I start ripping the floor apart.

I'm worried basically whether or not I can even mount chairs in this fashion.

1. Because I read that many places will not touch chairs/seat belts for liability issues.

2. Because I'm worried that the floor of the RV is going to be basically wood and no steel floor or brackets to mount the chairs to. I know there is a steel chassis there somewhere but will it be in the area of the dinette?

Thanks in advance for anyone who has gone through this.

Our c-class has a network of steel joists/beams etc. just below the floor, it is visible from the basement storage compartments. Brackets could be fabricated to join to the steel structure.
Another concern, Is there any components, tanks, water pump etc, in the the space under the dinette seats that would have to be relocated or could not be relocated.
