2011 Cedar Creek equalizer question

We just picked up a 2011 Cedar Creek Silverback 5th wheel, so far so good. I am concerned about one of the equalizers on the suspension. Looks like the rubber cushion is pretty squished or worn. The other side isn't as bad. I'm thinking it may be a good idea to replace them? Tire wear seems good, and the same on all tires. Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Tell me more about the HD non rubber replacements. Where did you get them?

Dexter will replace them free of charge. Yours are shot. Send them that pic. I opted for a pair of H\D non rubber equalizers due to not wanting to replace them again in 24 mos.

Same problem. Dexter replaced them and have not seen a problem since. CHINA rubber according to Dexter. Best results were dealing with Dexter directly.

Those are the Dexter ez flex. I put those on two years ago and they had a problem with the rubber for a while. I got them replaced and the second set did the same thing in about six months. I finally got tired of taking my suspension apart and tossed them and got the trailair egua-flex and my troubles went away. Trailer even seemed to ride better.

You probably have the trailair equalflex system. I am not sure it is still available. Installed mine about 5 years ago and I also have one rubber squishing out. Not too worried about it. I keep a watch on it and it has not changed. You could change it for another brand. While your at it, install a wet bolt kit. You wont regret that decision.
