Our new Jayco HT 5th wheel rocks front to back when we move around inside. What can we do to stabilize it?

We installed a set of JT's last Fall and it stopped the wiggle, without X chocks.

I have a jayco 28.5 rsts 5th and installed the JT's ,best decision ever. The only issue I had was having to relocate the spare mounted under the front as it was in the way of mounting brackets.

1st of all, just make sure no one come's knockin' when the camper is rockin'. 2nd, I agree with the above posts. Chocks that lock down the wheels do wonders. With the addition of braces on the front landing gear and rear stab jacks, you will get a pretty solid camper. Try the chocks first.

You will need something like JT or similar product at the front of the trailer and rear to stop side to side movement and any bounce......and some brand of adjustable chocks between the tires to stop fore and aft movement.

Cheapest is BAL X-Chocks between wheels to stop suspension from moving.

Next would be stabilizers like JT Strongarms or such to stop stabilizer jacks from moving.

Most expensive would be a four point leveling system (aftermarket) to lift/stabilize frame.
