Dilemma !

Is it possible to find washer dryer hookups in a 5th wheel under 33'? I have a 33' 5th wheel Jayco 2004 28 RL3SL but am looking for a newer one that's about 29-31' and everything I see is 35' plus. I saw a 28' Cardinal years ago with washer/dryer hookups but unsure whether it was factory or modified.

Something else that you should consider is whether the hookup is for side by side, stacked, or a combination unit. You'll want to stay away from the combination.

Our Open Range Roamer 316RLS has washer/ dryer hook ups. It's supposed to be 31'5" but I've never measured it- It's brand new, haven't even picked it up yet.

My experience (and we have had four fifth-wheel, each of a different brand) is that model numbers are model numbers. Yes, there is some approximation of relative length but not closely based on length.

Just for example, our present HitchHiker II is model number 32.5 UKTG; the actual length is 33' 10.5".

Our 2013 Columbus 295RL has W/D hookups, but it's outside length is 35' bumper to nose cap. The inside length from rear wall to front closet is exactly 29.5 feet. Some say the model designates the inside square footage, but I never calculated it.

Our Cedar Creek Silverback fits inside a 34 ft storeage building and has hookups in the closet.

I've been told several times that the number in the model is the floor plan length, not the external length. But I'm skeptical that some like yours are 5 feet longer than the floor plan. Guess it depends how they measure the floor plan (maybe not including front closet shelves or something?).

Thank you all. My Jayco says 28 but is actually 33'. Companies used to stretch their info on weight etc. until they went with the standard label they use on the lower front of the drivers side. Hopefully they'll start with length, i.e. don't call it a 28 or 29.5 in the model number if the length is different. Maybe I am missing something here but they call it a RL28TS and sure enough it's a rear living room and triple slide:)

I had a Montana, it had 30 in the model #, but was actually 33'. Washer/dryer prepped, front cabinet.

We had a Keystone Everest 293p... It was 32'10" and had w/d hookups. Not sure anout 5'rs in the 28' range though.

I am not sure, but mine is 33'11" and it has hook ups
