Looking for a new Bunk House?

We just sold our toy hauler and might be in the market for a Bunk house model 5r? I have a big enough truck to pull pretty much anything but would like to keep it around 37 foot to keep it in a heated shed! Want slides and wouldn't mind an outdoor kitchen! Just looking for ideas on which model!

We just ordered the 2014 Jayco Eagle Premier 375BHFS. Great floorplan WITH outdoor Kitchen, Including Refrigerator, Sink, & Microwave. The Bunkhouse is spacious. This is the Nicest floorplan we saw that fits our needs. We are trading in our Class A and will have our New Fiver the end of October. CAN't WAIT! ๐Ÿ™‚

Jayco Eagle 34.5 BHTS..new in 2014. All three slides are on the drivers side with a full outdoor kitchen. Really nice in the low to mid $40s.

Jayco Eagle 33.5 QBDS...another nice bunkhouse with outdoor kitchen.

Both should be in 37' range.

I really really like this lay out on this one! I just gotta figure out if it will fit in my shed!
Has anyone ever looked at the Blue Ridge 3710BH, it just doesn't have an outdoor kitchen and it is bigger than my shed!

We have a 2012 Palomino Puma Bunkhouse 5th Wheel and love ours but it's for sale. Our teenagers have grown up and don't camp with us any more. We love the outdoor kitchen, keeps lots of traffic out of camper. Has it's own back door with a door for the kids bunk room.

We have a 31 ft Rockwood Signature Lite, a Forest River product and enjoy it. We feel it is a good value for the cost and it has been low maintenance for the two years we have owned it since new. The bunk room is for the use of our two young grandsons, 8 and 10, who often travel with us in the rig. When it is just my wife and I, we seldom even put the bunk slide room out. When we wee looking for a bunk house model, I had another requirement and that was it had to have a high enough ceiling in the bedroom where I could stand up straight. I am 6' 4" and our first 5th wheel years back only had about a 5 ft ceiling which I didn't enjoy. But the draw back to our new one is it pushes the outside height over 13 ft. (13' 4")

For our use, this entry level priced unit works well for us. If we were going to use one for full time use, I would have looked at higher end units with more creature comforts, such as recliners, a larger fridge, etc.

If you would entertain three feet longer, check out the Sandpiper/Sierra 355QBQ and 365SAQ. We absolutely love the 365. But it is heavy.

I'm looking at bunkhouses myself, however I'm trying to stay close to 31'.

Check out the Open Range 305BHS and the Forest River Wildcat 303BHX.
