Need to figure out how to haul my toys and my wife.

I have a RZR XP 1000 4 seater and a sportsman 850 touring atv. In the future I will probably want to haul 2 2 seat rzr's when my son gets old enough to drive himself.

The RZR is 146" long and 64" wide and the sportsman is 86" long and 48" wide.

I am currently hauling them in a converted enclosed race trailer but the wife wants something a little nicer.

I really like the ones with a sofa slide and a dedicated bedroom but none of these have a big enough garage for the rzr 4 seater. If I go bumper pull the sportsman can ride in the bed but I can't find a bumper pull with enough room for the rzr.

I am willing to go up to a combined weight of about 22k lbs which rules out the mega 5th wheels that have 18 ft garages.

The other option is to sell the truck and go with a motorhome and tow a trailer. I don't drive the truck other than really to tow and haul.

The eclipse 32ibg has the room but it is giving up some luxury to the, torque, fuzion, altitude, etc.

Any suggestions??

Hauling the ATV in the back of the truck should be easy. Carrying a UTV is more difficult due to the length, height and weight. I considered hauling one buggy on the truck and another inside my former toy hauler, but decided I like to have both out of the weather and out of sight when traveling even if I worked out the dimensional issues.

We had the same issue, two quads and a RZR. Can't afford a diesel pusher so we went Truck Camper and 20' enclosed trailer we already had anyways.

The other option is put a custom rack on the back of your pickup for hauling the RZR or quad and then go with a bumper pull Toyhauler for the other toy.

Seen several setups that basically put the front tire of the RZR on top of the cab of the truck using long ramp type rack setup.

Yeah I was thinking about building a buggy rack but was afraid to mention is here for worry that the weight police would have a fit.

I really think I am going to build one and see how it tows with my current trailer and then decide form there.

The Voltage 3818 has an 18' garage. We decided on a truck camper with enclosed trailer instead of dealing with such a large trailer. There are pretty nice truck campers with triple slides and dry baths if you have the truck that can haul them and still have tow capacity.

The problem with many motorhomes is that they're limited to 5000 lb towing unless you get a DP or Super C.

Get a class A and tow your current trailer, that way Momma gets the nice space she wants and you still have the nice enclosed to use as extra space if needed.

If you have a fifth wheel, you can pull doubles. But, be sure to check laws for total length, and where you may go too.

The only other option, that I can think of, is to get a bigger toyhauler, or a motorhome with an enclosed trailer. Again, check laws for overall length.

I am admitting to opting out for the simple and the easy way to do it.

Was just checking a litle bit more and see that Work and Play sells a 30FBW a bumper pull with 23 feet of cargo floor space. They did this by getting rid of the front bedroom. You still get a drop down electric bed in the back and couches and dynettes that make into bed. Your wife would get a bath and shower and kitchen.

Ok I figured it out! You going to have to get rid of the wife! Ok, just kidding... Have you figured out just how much floor space you need in the cargo area?

I ride in the mountains of southern WV. For the price of a diesel pusher I could buy duplicate toys and a house in WV.

For that many toys I would do a motorhome (diesel pusher) and haul the toys behind in an enclosed trailer. Not worth giving up that much living space for the toys IMO

Work and play fifth wheel 44rls has a 20 foot garage but may be out of your weight range. The Work and play bumper pull 30fla has a 17 foot cargo area which I think would be in your weight range..

You may have too many toys for a toy hauler and a motorhome rated to pull a 10k plus trailer may be the way to go..

That is exactly what I was thinking. They're a little difficult to find but the Work & Play 44RLS is my dream race hauler.

Taco. Call RV Outlet and see if they have any suggestions.
