Please ID this transmitter

I was looking at how to wire a backup camera in a Carriage Cameo and I found this and I don't have a clue what it is. Anyone?

Is that an RCA video jack coming out of the top right?

If it is, more than likely some kind of video sending unit.

I believe this is an older backup camera transmitter. We had an older system in our last TT that we had installed. The transmitter looked very much like that.

More pics would not show anything. There is not much to it.

No info on it, no label of any kind. Now I am thinking it is a receiver due to the antenna on it.

It is at the opposite end of the trailer from where a generator would be.

Our built in door lock is a quarter of the size of that, maybe it was an add on?

I don't know . It is in the very back mounted on the inside by the back hatch.
