Superglide for ISR

I was getting ready to pull the trigger on a Superglide #4100 w/ under bed Superrail kit through Tweetys ~1400 shipped and came across a guy in my area on Craigslist selling a 1yr old Superglide #2700 (also 16K) that fits to industry standard rails for only $200.

For the price difference I think I could live with the rails in the bed. Any other downsides to this hitch over the #4100?

Hi All,
I bought my Superglide from a guy on Craigslist and I paid $400.00 for it with the regular rails and I thought I got a really good deal.
I have used it for a year now and have not had any problems at all.
You do have to get a adapter plate for your f-wheel pin box.
Sounds like a good deal. Go for it you won't be dissapointed.

That sucks, I had a 4400 18k superglide that was always covered and had everything except the capture plate and couldn't sell it, not one call for $500.00. Traded it for a repack wheel bearing job.

If I still had it, I would have given it to you for shipping, got tired of looking at it!
I tried to sneak it by in a post but nobody needed it!

That's how I got mine, (same model) complete except for the frame rail kit. Now I'm looking for an ISR for my new RAM 3500.

Well the guy hasn't returned my email and the listing has been pulled off of Craigslist so I'm going to assume I missed it. I knew it would go quick at that price.

Would think you could purchase the under bed mounting kit for your truck....however

Why not ask the folks that (for sure) would have the right answers to all your questions?..:h
