Water Gauge

How many people would like to have a gauge that told you how much water you had pumped out of your fresh water tank? The factory take gauges are worthless and I would love to know exactly where i was at in my capacity.

I'm a little late to this tread.

I installed a Tech Edge system on my project, here's a link.

have to agree, I'm almost always full when I leave home. If I'm on an extended trip/vacation and moving then only fill if I know I'm heading to a dry campground. 1600# in a trailer that weighs over 10k is NOT noticeable. Only time I notice any difference is between zero toys/gear and fully loaded with all the bikes and gear for a long weekend.

Wow. You carry 1600+ pounds of water on every trip? That's impressive. Let me guess...portable Jacuzzi? You're my hero, Spuds Mackenzie.

Yes it's 1600lb of water but my 2 100 gal tanks are right over my triple axles so you can't even tell it's there, especially with a Duramax, lol

The SeeLevel system might be the way to go. It would be fairly spendy though and could be challenging to install the panel with wiring.

A couple of the devices posted were for a garden hose to measure how much water you putting into your tank. I am mostly interested in how much water I have pumped out. It would help with grey capacity as well since if you know you can hold 60 Gal grey and have only pumped 20 you would have a good idea of what storage was avail. Obviously some would have gone to the black tank as well. I would love more info on the company out of Vegas that makes them. $100 seems fairly reasonable.

I would like to have better gauges. There's no reason, other than cost, that the tanks couldn't have better, more accurate, instrumentation.

My fresh water gauge is dead on. It's the black and grays that are useless for me.

I've never had a problem with my factory gauge.
When it hits empty, I still have some left.... good enough for me!!!!
