Recently purchased a 2005 prowler fifth wheel camper and it has this heavy duty bracket mounted on the door side of the camper. It is right in the middle and about 4 feet from the ground. (see pictures)

My ideas:
--the awning is very large and has a center support that comes down right beside the bracket?? Is it a center support bracket for the awning after it is extended out??

--also 2 feet below the bracket is a sticker that states that the camper is equipped with a "propane connection port" and I looked and there is one there possibly for a grill. Could this be a bracket to hang a grill off of??

Does anyone really know what this bracket was for?? Make and model info would be great.

and right behind the center awning support. would have to have the awning out to be able to use the TV. not a great location IMHO.

The center awning arm is self supporting by the lower bracket just like froward/rear arms are..........so it has nothing to do with awning

It's too dang high for a BBQ, too close to window and you'd need a step stool to grill....so it ain't a BBQ bracket

It's not OEM.......previous owner install

Looks like the wall mount for an articulating arm TV bracket

doesn't look like my grill bracket. looks like a TV type bracket to me but it certainly is in a silly place if it is.

Sure seems high up for a grill. How about a TV? Do you have a TV inside that looks like it would mate up?
The center awning arm is already supported at its mount, no need for another one IMO.
Currently RV-less but not done yet.
