X4 in winterising. I store ours at a storage facility that is a 3 sided building with many other rv's and pay extra for power. We are not allowed to run electric heaters, but can run dehumidifiers and keep the fridge going if desired. I would not want to reply on the furnace being 5 miles away even though I check on ours every week to 10 days mainly to dump water from the dehumidifiers.

I recently purchased a new fifth wheel and will be storing it a covered storage building that is not climate controlled. I paid a little extra for a 30 amp hookup with the thought of keeping it warm enough so that I do not have to winterize my coach.

X2 on the winterize. $10 for pink stuff and 30 minutes time are small price insurance against the furnace failing AND much cheaper than propane.

What should I run (furnace I assume) and what temperature should I set the thermostat in order to avoid freezing?
Thanks for the input.
