Say one dollar per person per night or something like it. Staying monthly say $30 per month extra.
This would keep the rates lower for the ones using their own RV. bathroom. Cleaning and toilet paper can really add up for a park

Why? Both of you use the CG water, and sewer systems the same. By going to the bath house. I use their water, and it goes down the drain into the sewer.
By use My RV bathroom I use the CGs water, and it eventually goes down the hose into the same sewer system. The Cg loses, or gains nothing.
