2 rates, what are your thoughts?

I was thinking, when we use RV parks we see many that do not use their own bathrooms for whatever reasons.

Should there be a higher rate for the ones that that use the restrooms?

Say one dollar per person per night or something like it. Staying monthly say $30 per month extra.

This would keep the rates lower for the ones using their own RV. bathroom. Cleaning and toilet paper can really add up for a park

Funny you mention...I just stayed at a site in SD that had pay showers. I didn't use them, nor the toilets, so maybe the paper is sold by the inch!

Some things are just too trivial to deal with.
Do you get a discount on your Big Mac if you don't use the bathroom? (and some of them are locked for protection)

Why? Both of you use the CG water, and sewer systems the same. By going to the bath house. I use their water, and it goes down the drain into the sewer.

By use My RV bathroom I use the CGs water, and it eventually goes down the hose into the same sewer system. The Cg loses, or gains nothing.

If your customers and your budgets are so tight that a dollar makes a difference, you need to reconsider your marketing plans and your operating budgets. Pinching pennies will eventually strangle your business to death.
