The Sunseeker in the ad has more features than the 28A's on the CruiseAmerica site. Also about $20,000 more than the same year 28A's
The issue reminds me of the scene from Smokey and the Bandit where Big Enos is peeling cash off his bankroll so Bandit can buy a fast car. Bandit looks a the money he's got so far and says "Faster." Big Enos hands over more cash. "Faster than that" and more cash. Not only is this Sunseeker much larger than the last one you mentioned, the price is higher. Floor plan looks like you can function fairly well with the slides IN. So, How Fast do you want to go?

Wow, you last two posters nailed some very important points about size and slide outs.

Another vote suggesting you look at the 28A. Design has been around for years and it works. Coach is actually about 30-feet. They're popular in rental fleets, so that opens a lower priced opportunity to own one.

My family is having fun researching Class C's and came across the New 2019 Freelander 24FS Chevy 4500 Motor Home. We really like the layout but don't want to buy new. Are there any older floorplans out there that are similar to this? Any suggestions on a MH for a family of six?
It looks like this floorplan, when the bedroom slide comes in you will NOT be able to access the closet, open the fridge or use the bathroom and blocks over half the stove.

I saw virtually that same floor plan just a few days ago when looking at a brochure for a 5-10 year old class C, unfortunately I don't recall which brand. But I do remember noting the same basic layout with the large rear closet.
