Did you have a "shift kit" put in it when rebuilt? Some kits do not get along with GM transmissions well and can cause these systems. A dealer or a real transmission shop should be able to read any codes/information about the trans from the ECU. Let us know what you find the problem is.

We had app in 3 days but the owner died and the shop never reopened. 😞
At that point it was just the reverse when warm that didn't work.

First thing is to check the fluid level. To much fluid will cause problems not allowing fluid to drain back down properly. To little of fluid will cause aeration of the fluid. Possibly the filter has become lose or unhooked and sucking air. If electronic transmission could have a bad solenoid.
