tv receptacle problem

I have a greyhawk (2009) that has a dead receptacle at the TV. This is the one that a 12 volt capability. Volt tester shows nothing on 110 or 12 volt. It is hooked to shore power. every thing else works. Ground appears OK. Any clues???? Thanks.....
