The truck camper section has a nice photo thread of their rigs at campsites. How about us Class C owners doing the same for some of our nice locations? As soon as I figure out how to do it, I will add mine, but don't wait for me. Lets get through the winter by looking at the nice places you have been. There must be tons! Don't forget to tell us where the photo was taken. Fort Desoto, Florida.

In the photo above, I really like that nice upsweep in the body paneling starting at the rear wheels and extending in a straight line back upwards to the bumper area.

This makes for a more usable Class C rear departure angle, unlike some Class Cs with paneling that goes back level aways from the rear wheels before angling up towards their rear bumper.

Our Class C is also designed the same as shown in the photo and we make use of that design for better damage control when offroad.

The compact Class C in the photo appears to also have an overall fairly good ground clearance for a Class C. It sits nicely "high and perky", unlike many of the modern low-slung ground-hugging streamlined looking Class C rigs suitable only for benign, flat, and level campgrounds.

I am so pleased to see the page I started almost 6 years ago is still running. My RV is gone, but seeing the very first photo on this topic brings back so many memories.

I don't think so, the places I've already seen, I don't mind seeing again, & the ones I've never seen, I love to see, they give me ideas for the future. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Beautiful spot. Nice Jeep too.

This was our little hideaway, tucked up against the trees at the July Jeep Jamboree.
