We are considering replacing our Safari Trek with a 36-38 ft Class A Gas.

Our preliminary Internet research as well as recommendations from this forum has determined that the following coaches may meet our requirements. preferences and budget.

2007/2008 Fleetwood Pace Arrow or Southwind
or
2007/2008 Winnebago Adventurer or Voyage and Itasca Suncruiser or Sunrise

As Canadians we use our coach in cold weather and appreciate the reduction in window condensation Dual Pane Windows provide.

Having reviewed the downloaded brochures for all these models we could not find any reference to Dual Pane Windows either as standard or an option, although we have have been informed they were standard on the Winnebagos & Itascas

Can anyone confirm if Dual Pane Windows were available in any of these these models?

Pace Arrow was a very high end gas coach and duel pane windows were never an option because duel pane was standard equipment as was satellite antenna, residential fixtures and many more things are usually options on other gas coaches. I owned a 09' 36D and it was exceptional.

Hi there,
We owned a 36 foot Pace Arrow for 9 years we had the windows fog up. We put up with the driver and passenger one as long as we could. We replaced the driver's at a cost of $500.00:E then we found a guy who takes them apart cleans them and reseals them for $40.00 each on the passenger side because that had two panes. The dinette and other windows were not too bad but they should have been done maybe at some point? We loved the coach but we have sold it. So just saying check on repair of those dual panes before you spend a ton to replace them.

I owned a 2008 Voyage with duel pane windows - we camped in it for two winters and never had a problem keeping it warm in freezing temps with the propane furnace running and we never had any water freeze in our tanks

Btw, if you have the Winnebago/Itasca Serial Number (not the VIN) of the coach you can go here: http://catalog.winnebagoind.com/menu/Parts.htm and click on Service Parts List on the left-hand side of the page to get a complete, as-built parts list for that particular coach.

I have dual pane windows in my 2004 Adventurer they came as standard equipment when I bought the coach new! The Adventurer is Winnebagos top of the line gas coach and there is no skimping of equipment on this model. The Adventurer is also a very well insulated coach and performs very well in the cold! The coldest weather my coach has been in was 9* and it handled it with no problems. Good Luck in your search!

The 2007 Adventurer Brochure lists Window (Passenger) full-slider w/screen, dual-glazed/thermo-insulated as standard. So does the 2007 Suncruiser Brochure.

The 2007 Voyage Brochure lists Windows dual-glazed/thermo-insulated as part of the optional Grand Package. The 2007 Sunrise Brochure doesn't actually list them in the optional Grand Package, but I suspect that just an inadvertent omission, since I would expect the Itasca model to match the Winnebago one.

I presume the 2008's would be similar, but I didn't check the brochures.

Thanks, I had missed that because I was looking in the Exterior or construction specs but it is listed under CAB AREA & DRIVER CONVENIENCES in the spec and now found. Also stated in paragraph on page 2 under Your Home On the Road.
