Hasanyone bought the Sunguard windshield cover for a class A motor home and what are your thoughts on it? We winter in Yuma Az and wondering if it worth the cost and the holes in the coach. I don't believe in the Velcro for outside use. Thanks for any coments

I did not want to put any holes in the coach so I purchased MagneShades. They are wonderful shades - easy to get on and off and they keep the sun out of the coach. I think they are well worth the cost.

I'm on my second set of Sunguards. The first set I had on my Dynasty. Lasted 5 yrs and went with the coach when I sold it. This set is 6 yrs old and good as new. I had them installed at a CG in Palm Desert. Fella came to the CG, measured, returned the next day with the shades. Great product. Two suggestions...one have them sew reinforced corners on them so they're easier to pull on in cold weather and two, have them stitch some small pulls on the corners for the same reason....Dennis

We have a Prompt RV sunscreen, that is held on by suction cups. We've had it for about 6 years and haven't had any problems with it. DH called the company, told them what Class A we had and what color we wanted, and we got the screen in about 2 wks. Prompt rv sunscreen

I have Kool RV Sunscreens, they work as advertised, cutting the interior temperatures dramatically. I didn't really want the holes drilled in my rig, but after biting the bullet I wish I had done it sooner.

On my previous motorhome, I had the MCD sunscreen which went through a track mounted up high on the winpdshield. The track was mounted with heavy duty industrial double sided tape purchased at NAPA auto supply, 3M product.

The sun shade really made a difference in the Florida sun. Fairly easy to put up and take down.

I have Sunguard on front, and both sides of driver compartment. They do a great job and the install is not a concern.

I will not have any holes in my rv for snaps etc. As far as I can determine that leaves 2 choices. One is magna shades which I love, but just not enough to pay what they cost. The other is quick shades which fasten on the inside of the wind she alder with cuction cups. I have had the suction cup fastened shade for 10 years and it certainly is not the best when it comes to putting them up and down, but it's not bad. Guess I'll keep doing that for awhile.

I have one for my coach...and my friend got one for his Entegra..THEY WORK..95 to 100 degrees and the coach stays at 75...If it was done right like mine was, I'm not worried and the right sealant was used..I was worried at first but after the first hot humid day I had them on, I was a believer..my friend's Entegra is in Florida in the winter and he sees a difference too.
