I was thinking of buying these mats for my CRV! Does anyone own these mats? How do you like them and what is the cost of them.

I have them in my Wrangler. Expensive, somewhat, worth it absolutely.

Just purchased a set for my new Wrangler. Love the look and sturdiness.

My last line didn't make sense to me either when I reread it. My reason for not calling is not 'time". I've contacted several other manufacturers when issues arise. Some are fantastic and do the right thing. They have a reputation as doing so. Weber for instance. However, due to the overwhelming negative reputation of Weather Tech customer service, I don't want to put myself through the frustration. Chances are it would be much like calling the phone or cable company...an hour on the phone and dealing with stupidity the whole time.

It's not my job to "let them know", as many, many others have already done so. I'll speak here, I get more satisfaction giving others opinion to measure with.

I'm disappointed in them. We have them in front and back. They all fit kind of sloppy, the rear is so sloppy that I'm embarrassed to let people know the premium I paid for perfection. The edges curl up and catch people's shoes when entering the truck.

If I had time, I'd get in touch with WeatherTech.

You had enough time to post this but can't send a simple email? They would take the same amount of time. Only chance a manufacturer has to rectify a problem or satisfy a customer is if they hear from them.

I agree. Although when I did contact Weather Tech, complaining of I'll fitting mats, I got nowhere.

The curling issue is one I read often.

As far as getting in touch with WeatherTech, good luck. Thier total lack of customer service is why I now have Huskys.

I too love my Weathertech. And I don't think the one I bought for the CRV is any more expensive than the Honda-supplied mat in my Pilot.

Value is in the eye of the buyer. I think they make a fantastic product.

Same here, 02 Chevy pick up...lousy fit, loose, sloppy and expensive, would not get them again.

I have 3D Maxpider floor mats in both our vehicles. Same price as Weathertech but far better in my opinion.

Apparently there is no equivalent to the Weather Tech mats available from Husky for my 2012 Jeep Liberty. Very happy with what I bought.
What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

Another vote for the Husky alternative to Weather Tech - here is a link to Husky site Husky Liner - Weather Beater

I went with the Husky Liner X-Act Contours, fits like a glove and nicely soft and pliable.

Mile High,

I don't quite follow your thinking. Why do you care how much the Weather Tech spends on advertising? I'm sure that they are trying to reach new customers like any business. Even though they paid dearly for the Super Bowl commercials, it's a good way to grab a huge audience and hopefully increase sales.

As long as their products are price competitive and the quality warrants the pricing (if it's priced higher), otherwise,I don't see the point of Weather Techs advertising decisions affecting your purchase.

Side note: I met the Mom of owner of Weather Tech on trip to Cuba back in 2003. Nice friendly lady. I've not bought their products yet but I have seen them in my car mags for years.

Safe travels,
MM.

Their products aren't competitive, they are outrageous. Nearly every post here calls them pricey.

I don't mind getting what I pay for, but I'm not paying for his over aggressive marketing campaign. His Mother should have a talk with that boy ๐Ÿ™‚
