Yesterday, I drove mine to work to "excercise" it. I have driven it to work twice in the two weeks I have owned it.
In the two years I owned my Class C, I drove it to work ZERO times. :E

Last weekend (Saturday). I took 5 friends on an 80 mile round trip for dinner in the Class B. Great exercise for it plus everyone went in on the gas. A win win for sure! I think we may start doing this every two weeks or at least monthly. Another couple may go next time. It can seat 8 comfortably.

Installed two towel racks that the factory forgot to install. Repaired front folding table that broke because the rivets were too light for the heavy table.
Filled her up today and get ready for a week of beautiful weather in Eastern Oklahoma (Quachita NF) and NW Arkansas (Ozark NF). Lows in 40s, highs in 60s, clear. Put in new dual 6 volt batteries a couple of weeks ago, so ready for the boonies. Old ones lasted over six years.

Since the weather forecast was for a possibility of freezing temperatures overnight, we winterized the Roadtrek. With the winterizing valve, the entire process takes about half an hour, and uses roughly 3/4 container of the "pink stuff".

I installed two house batteries yesterday. The old ones lasted 6-1/2 years. Ran my generator for 1/2 hour. Wash and wax Monday. Marvin EDIT Monday. Just got it washed today. I realized I have some caulking to do before waxing.

DUH-I have been sitting here and reading the forums and reading the winterizing threads when I remembered I had not drained my tanks yet and it has been 20 to 25 degrees the last 4 nights! Im on it and no damage done I love how my B is insulated really well
Fresh water was getting a bit smelly so I drained it, refilled along with a half cup of bleach, ran it through all the lines and will keep it in there a few days before draining and refilling again.
Dropped it off at the garage for battery drain on new battery. They think it is hte alternator running too low a voltage to charge properly. Here goes another $300. but I still enjoy the unit.
