Just put back in storage for couple of weeks. Returned from out of town trip with it with kids on Spring Break. Everything worked great.

Finished replacing all of the curtains/mini blinds with new ones, except for the cab over area. Still need to fix one leak over the bedroom where the previous owner bolted through the roof to mount a TV. Also need to install a wall bracket for the 19" LCD TV/DVD player.

Installed auxilliary backup lights - they're just halogen driving lights that I wired to the reverse switch and mounted near the hitch.

Might not sound like much but a big improvement to me.

I have metal valve stems on the duals (not extensions) that protrude through the openings in the wheels and Versa-Liner wheel simulators. The ones from the outer dual have always gotten "hung up" when you try to remove the wheel liner. You had to "hold your tongue just right" and bend the opening slightly to get the wheel liner off.

Today, I used a dremel tool to gently grind the the wheel liner making the inside edge of the hole adjacent to the valve stem slightly "oblong". I then used a dremel polishing wheel to smooth the edge. I probably removed less than a 1/4" of material, at the deepest point, but the difference it made in easing the removal and installation of the liners is amazing.

Used Eternabond on all of the roof seams. Tomorrow it's re-sealing the marker lights, and then I should be set with the exterior. This is an old unit that I bought about 6 weeks ago. It's dry inside but I can see evidence of some slight past damage so I'm taking precautions. Next up is new mini blinds.

It's only 25 days until I take the first trip with it. I'm heading to Great Lakes, IL for my son's graduation from Navy boot camp.

Put on a Canada and U.S. Stick on, "States and Provinces visited", map on the side of the MH by the door.

Tomorrow, I'll be installing the new 15" LCD TV in the rear bedroom.

Rotated the spare tire to the right front as the right front is showing more cracks in the side walls near the rim than I like. All 7 tires are dated around the 23 week of of 2005(2305). Spare look like it was never on the ground.

I hope I never have to change out a tire on the road, Just getting the spare tire out from the storage rack under the rear and back in place is a real PITA. Doing a tire change on a busy interstate road is no fun, I thought it was bad on my old Travel Trailer but that was easy compared to this one.

Glad I have road service, just hope I never have to use it.
