It's the 4th day since my motorhome was hit.
Being stuck in a parking lot like this is really boring.
I hope the insurance company comes to take care of it tomorrow.
So, what do you guys do when your stuck?

Hey, the adjuster was just here. He seems to think
They are going to get away with a bandaid fix. He's talking about
Putting a new bumper on and that's It.
Salem Auto Body is comming to look at it tomorrow morning.

When I was in Arizona one year my RV was hit broadside direct hit on my propane system by a runaway truck with no driver. And it just happened to be in the month of December/January when the Winnebago factory is shut down for the holiday season so no parts! Our Insurance Company Geico offered to put us in a hotel/ motel for a month and pick up all expenses occurred. We turned them down and drove back home via towed to Washington.

There are insurers with 24 hour claims offices. Was that something you shopped for when choosing coverage?

Unfortunately there's no controlling the actions or insurance status of the other party, which makes it all the more important to be mindful of our own choices.

When necessary I have always relied on my own insurer to do what needed done and then left it to them to go after the liable party. Less stressful that way.
